Disable LOGIN command and all other plaintext authentications unless SSL/TLS is used (LOGINDISABLED capability). Note that if the remote IP matches the local IP (i.e.@: you're connecting from the same computer), the connection is considered secure and plaintext authentication is allowed. See also the @samp{ssl=required} setting. Defaults to @samp{#t}.

Additionally, the corresponding source package should be labeled using the same convention as Python packages (@pxref{Python Modules}), using the @code{cl-} prefix.
