Most of the time, something that is #agreed should be recorded elsewhere after the meeting. For example, in the resolution of a ticket or as a new policy/procedure in the documentation.
Useimmiten sovitut asiat kannattaa kirjata muualle kokouksen jälkeen. Esimerkiksi tiketin ratkaisun yhteydessä tai uutena käytäntönä/menettelynä dokumentaatioon.

Do not make decisions in the open floor section. Decisions should, at a minimum, be made after appearing on the meeting agenda in advance. In most cases, decisions should happen asynchronously.
Älä tee päätöksiä avoimessa kokoustilassa. Päätökset tulisi tehdä ainakin sen jälkeen, kun ne on ilmoitettu etukäteen kokouksen esityslistalle. Useimmissa tapauksissa päätösten tulisi tapahtua asynkronisesti.

Proceed through the other agenda topics. Use `#topic` to change the topic. Make frequent use of `#info` and `#link` commands to add context to the minutes. If someone needs to act, use `#action <nick> to <action>` to note it in the minutes. Note agreements with the `#agreed` command.
Käy läpi muut esityslistan aiheet. Vaihda aihetta käyttämällä `#topic`-valitsinta. Käytä usein `#info`- ja `#link`-komentoja lisätäksesi kontekstia pöytäkirjaan. Jos jonkun on toimittava, merkitse se pöytäkirjaan käyttämällä `#action <nick> to <action>`-valitsinta. Kirjaa sopimukset `#agreed`-komennolla.

Treffen Sie keine Entscheidungen im offenen offenen Teil. Entscheidungen sollten wenigstens erst dann getroffen werden, nachdem sie zuvor auf der Tagesordnung der Sitzung aufgeführt wurden. In den meisten Fällen sollten Entscheidungen zeitversetzt erfolgen.
