In 2015/2016, the {team_name} drafted a xref:survey:index.adoc[demographic survey]. This was intended to be a tool to better understand the demographics of the Fedora community. However, due to data storage concerns and GDPR, the {team_name} did not launch this survey. It is retained here for historical purposes. The {team_name} hopes our research and work may be useful for other Open Source communities and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion programmes.
En 2015/2016, l'équipe Fedora DEI commençait à travailler sur une xref:survey:index.adoc[enquête démographique]. Il s'agissait d'essayer de créer un outil permettant de mieux comprendre la composition de la communauté de Fedora. Malheureusement, en raison de problématiques liées au stockage des données et au RGPD, l'équipe Fedora DEI n'a jamais procédé au lancement de l'enquête. Les informations à propos de cette enquête sont néanmoins conservées ici à des fins de préservation. L'équipe Fedora DEI espère que son travail de recherche puisse servir un jour à d'autres communautés du monde de l'open source et à leurs programmes pour la diversité, l'équité et l'inclusion.
