You can install most IDE directly in a toolbox where you can also install all the developments tools from the Fedora repositories. To be able to launch them directly from menus, you can copy the `.desktop` file for the IDE from the toolbox to your home directory in `~/.local/share/applications/`. You should then update the `Exec` line in the `.desktop` file to prepend `toolbox run` to start it from the toolbox. You can also use the IDEs packaged as Flatpaks from Flathub.

Firefox is included in the OS image for now (see https://github.com/fedora-silverblue/issue-tracker/issues/288[issue#288] for progress on moving to Flatpak by default). Until that changes, getting it to play videos works the same way as it does for the regular Fedora Workstation: find a package with the needed codecs, and install it. The one difference is that you use `rpm-ostree install` instead of `dnf install`. An alternative solution is to install https://flathub.org/apps/details/org.mozilla.firefox[Firefox from Flathub].
O Firefox está incluído na imagem do sistema operacional por enquanto. Até que isso mude, fazer com que ele reproduza vídeos funciona da mesma forma que para a Fedora Workstation normal: encontre um pacote com os codecs necessários e instale-o. A única diferença é que você usa `rpm-ostree install` em vez de`dnf install`. Uma solução alternativa é instalar o Firefox noturno, que está disponível como https://firefox-flatpak.mojefedora.cz/org.mozilla.FirefoxNightly.flatpakref[Flatpak].

{variant-name} uses the same core technology as Fedora Kinoite, Fedora IoT and Fedora CoreOS. However, {variant-name} is specifically focused on workstation/desktop use cases with the GNOME desktop.
O Fedora Silverblue usa a mesma tecnologia central do Fedora Atomic Host (assim como seu sucessor, o Fedora CoreOS). No entanto, Silverblue é especificamente focado em casos de uso de estação de trabalho/desktop.
