It is very difficult to know when this option can be safely used. Other common options such as I<--install> may conflict with it. Especially with systemd-based distributions, because of bugs in systemd, this option may not work at all (L<https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2021835>).

This only affects pre-installation of storage drivers for Windows guests. If virtio-win drivers are available, they will still be copied into the guest, even if C<none> is selected here.
