guix/guix Glossary — Japanese @ Fedora Weblate

Recently, the Guix project main repository has moved to codeberg. To follow this movement, we have decided to also migrate the translations to the same platform, on their weblate instance. We know it is inconvenient to change platform, but since most of our translators are also contributors, we hope that this will actually be an even lower barrier to entry for future translators.

You can contact me, @roptat if you have any issues with the switch.

@gemmaro ありがとうございます。こちらこそ、案を否定してばかりになってしまって申し訳ないです。決定したら二度と変更できないわけではないので、とりあえず「代理生成器」とすることにします。またなにかあればコメントします。

@rocktakey ご確認いただきありがとうございます。また返信が遅れてしまい恐れ入ります。

「substituter」の訳語について承知しました。「代理生成機/器/者」「代理生成物提供機/器/者」の案について賛成します。

その中でしいて言うと「代理生成器」が好みのように感じます。「substitute」「substituter」は1文字分の違いのため、前者が「代理生成物」とすると後者も「代理生成○」のようにしたい気がします。また、「substituter」は予めCIで構築したものをダウンロードしてくる仕組みのため、素朴な「器」のイメージがあります。

もし状況が大きく変わらないようでしたら、最終的なご判断をお任せします。
