If package scriptlets call other systemd tools, for example `systemd-tmpfiles`, the package SHOULD declare appropriate dependencies. The `+%{?systemd_requires}+` macro is a shortcut to require systemd for the `%post`, `%preun`, and `%postun` scriptlets. Note that those dependencies are **not** required for the `%systemd_{post,preun,postun_with_restart,user_post,user_preun}` macros listed above.

Packages which place linker configuration files in `+/etc/ld.so.conf.d+` MUST call ldconfig in `+%post+` and `+%postun+` (on all Fedora releases) even if they install no actual libraries. They MUST NOT use the `+%ldconfig+`, `+%ldconfig_post+`, `+%ldconfig_postun+` or `+%ldconfig_scriptlets+` macros to do this, since these macros do not have any effect on Fedora. Instead simply call `+ldconfig+` directly in both `+%post+` and `+%postun+` as well as adding the necessary dependencies when necessary:

The basic syntax is similar to the %build, %install, and other sections of the rpm spec file. The scripts support a special flag, `+-p+` which allows the scriptlet to invoke a single program directly rather than having to spawn a shell to invoke the programs. (i.e., `+%post -p /usr/bin/ldconfig+`)
