Create a treefile in the `base-images` and `fedora-iot-bootc` repositories pointing to the newly branched release. This may be obsolete with the move to Konflux. An example of the treefile used for Fedora 41 composes can be found https://gitlab.com/fedora/bootc/base-images/-/blob/main/fedora-41.yaml?ref_type=heads[here]. Branched composes use `fedora-devel`.
