CommOps uses https://gitlab.com/fedora/commops[this GitLab repository] to track our tasks and what we're working on. Tasks, problems, and goals are filed as tickets in the https://gitlab.com/fedora/commops/home/-/issues[issue tracker]. There are a lot of tickets, but we're not working on everything at once. Scrolling through the issue tracker gives a good idea of what CommOps helps with.

Discussions and planning take place in Matrix channel https://matrix.to/#/#commops:fedoraproject.org[#commops:fedoraproject.org], while our monthly team meetings are held in a meeting room such as https://matrix.to/#/#meeting:fedoraproject.org/[#meeting:fedoraproject.org].
