Enable suggestions by key (Default is the Tab key)

If this option is on, suggestions are not shown by default. Typing a key is then necessary to show the list of suggestions. The key to use for this can be changed in the key bindings settings. By default it is the Tab key. After a commit the suggestions are hidden again until the next key bound to this command is typed.
